Default I can't see XP Pcs over a router

I just installed routers. Computers using Win 98 can see
each other, but computers using Xp or 2000 can't see
computers on the remote location. I can ping the
computers and even access the computers if I search for
them, but I can't see them when I hit "see workgroup
computers" or "My Network Places".

All computers are in the same ip range, subnet, workgroup
and the gateways are properly set.

Please let me know what I can try.

thanks

try disabling win xp internet connection firewall and any other firewalls you have on the system. I have had the same problem, with win.xp & win.98

Do you have a Wins server (or servers)? Wins is required to browse across
subnets.
