Default Network Connection stops responding

Your DSL provider may be dropping you if they see you are
connecting to another provider. Call your provider and
ask them why your service is being lost so frequently.
Chances are it is not at your end. You also might want to
invest in a firewall program like Norton Internet Security
which would monitor for attackers who might be flooding
the connection with denial of service attacks causing it
to go down. Do you happen to have any enemies out there?
I know my internet goes off sometimes on cable internet
and repair don't do it, I have to reboot.
