help

yes i have a friend who is like me new to the computer and
she tryed to install her new computer so that she could go
on like and while installing the power whent out and then
as soon as it came back on she got everything back up well
her resulotion was only set at 4(bit) and would not go up
any higher so she called her computer provider and they
didn't know how to really help her so they told her to run
her restore disk and so she did and now window's will not
even come up and it show's that window's is restarting and
then it goes off and then it cut's back on and does the
same thing over and over agin is their anyone here that
can please help her out thank you ... mary
