Default copy/move folder and retain date modified?

I know that this is a really old thread, but since it's still an issue with Windows and this thread showed up pretty high in my Google search when looking for a fix I thought I'd share a link to an awesome (and free :-)) Microsoft Utility called RichCopy that both resolves this issue and makes it so much easier to copy large numbers of files/folders.

Looks like this is just an update to Robocopy GUI, with a few more
"granular" options, as the article says. Robocopy seems to work great (for
preserving file and folder dates), as long as you're careful about what you
select. :-)
