When I try to defrag it says access denied--any ideas?

Defrag can only run on an account with administrative rights.

is computer divide as user and administrator?
If yes, you can not defrag if you not admin.
But if not, you should can defrag your computer with go
starts-allprograms-accecories-systemtools-disk defrag
