Default more than one remote login sessions

I have a small network with 3 computers connected together (eithernet) all
running xp professional, with no intranet connection. I have one computer
acting as a server and am able to remote log into the server from both
clients at different times. I was wondering if there is a way to have both
clients remote log in at the same time as when I try it the other client
remote login session is closed as the other one opens.
Thanks Paul.
