Default Save webpage on a https site

Is there a way to save all of a webpage for a https site like a bank for example ?

I would rather not have to do a print screen with it's large size.

What happened when you tried?

As far as I know, https has nothing to do with whether or not you can
save a web page locally. I just did it with Gmail and it worked fine.

You know about cntl-S? Doesnt that work?

I would rather not have to do a print screen with it's large size.

What about first using cntl - -, or cntl - mousewheel, to make the
image smaller. Though I too can't imagine why httpS would be
different from http.

Very interesting.

Is that when you would save the html code and do some mods ?

I think are quite a few combinations that do a print screen as well.

You can also probably use a camera to photograph the monitor.

It might take a longer than automatic exposure time, because cameras
don't have persistance like eyes do.

That's one way I had not thought about.

On the screenshots, I re-sample for a lower resolution to get it smaller.

Have you tried a screen capture app with a scrolling feature? My
favorite is the last freeware version of FastStone Capture v5.3. Of
course there are others. There is no install. the link is he

How do you do that?

It sounds more complicated than just using cntl-mousewheel, but maybe
I'll need it anyhow.

Any graphics package worth its salt will have resizing capability; in
IrfanView, it's Ctrl-R (or Alt-I, M).

I'm sometimes a bit bewildered by that, really - there are no young people in
it, there's no sex, there's no violence, no car chases and there's no action
and no vampires. - Colin Firth on the success of the film "The King's Speech".

Thanks. I have Irfanview, but it's got more options than I've been
able to review so far. I'll check this one out.
