How can you tell which newsreader they are using? In the headers (CTRL-U in Thunderbird) there is a line beginning "User-Agent:" which tells you. If you want to delete all messages originating in Google groups you can set up a filter to look for another header, "Message-ID", and filter any with "googlegroups" in Message-ID. -- Bob - Tetbury, Gloucestershire, UK Celebrity - a person who works hard to become well known, and then wears dark glasses to avoid being recognised. |
