one thing I like on Windows 7 is the Chess game which I never tried because
I've heard computer always wins. So why should I spend a 5 hours game and
then loose. I know I'll be frustrated.

Not if you tighten it up a little. Then you won't be loose.

One thing I like is that people who have nothing intelligent to say tend
to keep quiet.

I mean lose. It's a really hard game. Single human brain is limited but we
can feel.

That's a good way to look smart but sometimes lonely people need to say
hello.

I like the 3D game scenario to test graphics card performance.

Some are destined to always be on the short end of the stick. Maybe
playing the card game 'War' with yourself will yield better results.

I feel your pain. In Access2003 there was a cat mascot I kept to
one corner of the screen. It kept me company, and was clever because
it kept changing positions - even lying on its back occasionally!
No-one seems to know where it disappeared to now that I have converted
to Access2010. Clearly there's a FLAW in the software.

So install Access2003 in a VM in a window.
You may find the cat.
Or it may have wandered off to find a house where it is appreciated,
fed and cuddled more. Cats can be fickle critters.

One thing I like is cats. And dogs. And ladies. And bacon, beer,
ladies, cats, bacon, beer and have I mentioned beer? And dogs, of
course. I really like books and hot baths and reading books *in* hot
baths, with a beer.
I like ladies, too.
And, of course, bacon.
And long walks on the beach with a lady and a dog followed by beer
and bacon, not on the same sandwich.
Some curries are good, too.

"Outside of a dog, a book is Man's best friend. Inside of a dog, it's
too dark to read." Mark Twain or Groucho Marx.

And one thing I like is action movies for when I have been doing a
thinky job for many hours and I need something to club my brain into
submission before trying to go to sleep. "Terminator" and
"Transformers" and "Battle Los Angeles" style things are wonderful for
this. But anything more intellectual than "Lord of The Rings" doesn't
work. It has to be something with cute girls, lots of flashy
explosions and a story-line a cat could follow. Anything deeper than a
"Tom & Jerry" cartoon is too deep.
And one thing I like is huge mugs of hot, strong tea with fresh milk.
With bacon sandwiches.
And a good book.

"The wireless telegraph is not difficult to understand. The ordinary
telegraph is like a very long cat. You pull the tail in New York, and
it meows in Los Angeles. The wireless is the same,
only without the cat." - Albert Einstein
J.

I'm thinking of getting a real cat like once before, but in my latest
house there's nowhere to put a cat door thru the iron gates securing
the back & front doors. I may have to drill a wide hole in the brick
wall.
