Default A Wish, not a need

I am running 64 bit Windows 8.1 fully updated, on a Intel i3 processor.

I have Windows 8.1 set to boot to the desktop and I do everything from
the desktop. When I need to do something from or to the OS I access it
with a right Click on the MS Icon which gives me access to all OS functions.

Wish:
Is it possible to add items to the Right Click on the MS Icon menu.

It would be nice to have a short cut to Malwarebytes on the MS Icon menu.

I have all my frequently used program pinned to the desktop taskbar, but
do not use Malwarebytes enough to give up the real estate on the taskbar.

Why not display the Desktop toolbar?
Right click the taskbar, Toolbars, tick the Desktop.

Sure. Two ways...

1. Add what you want to the registry. Too complicates o esplainhere, you'll
have to DAGS.

2. Install a program to do it. I used to use Fast Explorer extensively to
do what you want. It's easy to use once you figure out relationships; i.e.,
whether you are adding items applicable to drives, folders, file folders
(there IS a difference), files, etc.

The home page is defunct but there are still numerous sites to get it. I
linked the following page because it lists several alternative programs;
I've never used any of the alternatives but a a cursory look tells me I
would also check out Right Click Enhancer and Ultimate Windows Context Menu
Customizer.

Would something like this help?

pin-to-start http://s8.postimg.org/5w6x0xb05/2015_05_05_1922.png

You can do it by right-clicking on the exe file and selecting what is
marked in the picture.

Good luck.
