Default HTML5 has destroyed the Web.

HTML5 has destroyed the Web.

Due to HTML5, the web has become unusable. And since the newsgroups are
almost dead, there's no point paying for internet service anymore.

I just wanted to post this before I cancel my internet service on
Monday!

It was fun while it lasted.......

(Shush everyone. Let him think it's dead here. We don't need childish
blowhards here pretending they know anything and making vacuous threats.
Maybe he'll go away. Hey, it could happen.)

No, HTML5 has not destroyed the Web.
Poor web design and improperly trained designers have detroyed the Web.
Every man and his dog believes he is a great web designer these days. Sad.

Actually, the saddest things here is that most users judge books by their
covers. They're easily mesmerized by it and some may ignore efficiency, and
some may even ignore privacy and security.

Agreed. There are still plenty of devices that struggle with all the bells and whistles that many
web users don't actually need even when flashy effects are entertaining.
