Default CPU temp

My motherboard is a Gigabyte F2A68HM-H.

Has anyone who has this board gotten the right CPU temp using software ?

Some of us have fitted a top notch fan so temperature is not a problem
to be worried about:

$100 is quite a bit for that fan.
