No "On resume, display welcome screen"...yes "Fast User Switching" is enabled
I've got a prob.
In my Screen Saver options the tick box is "On resume, password protect". I want "On resume, display welcome screen" But unlike the standed XP newbie I've got "Use the Welcome Screen" and "Use Fast User Switching" enabled. What's with that? Interesting to note that it's only a problem with my "Kimone" user. The "Guest" user has the "On resume, display welcome screen" as an option. Can anyone help? |

A guest user cannot change system settings. Requiring a password or not requiring a password is a system setting. Logically, a guest user's only choice would be to use the welcome screen on resume. -- Sharon F MS MVP - Windows XP Shell/User |
