2 user accts, 1 prints ok but other prints large & bold!!

this is driving me crazy & using up lots of printer ink.
my side, in xp user accts is administrator, prints just
fine.....small & not bold. but, my husbands side, limited
acct, prints very large & bold. he is eating up ink like
its free.
have a hp 970 cse, & luv it.
