Printing from IE

I think a windows update or Norton anti virus update may
have disabled the tools in my web browser. When I try to
print a web page I get an error message: -
An error has occured in the script page. The error
states "Access is denied" and ulr is c:\windows\system32
\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg
Also if I go to tools in the web browser and click
internet options I get a restrictions box appear which
say's "This operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact
your system administrator." I am the administrator !
I can print pictures etc. from other files so it only
seems to have effected my browser. Has anyone got any
idea what I have done
