Default cannot use my microsoft vm

when i go to use my microsoft virtual machine it says
unable to load applet yon need to update but when i go to
the website i can't seem to find it please help!

If you have a MS VM installed, then when you go to Windows Update it
should offer 'Critical Security Update 816093 for Virtual Machine'.
That is in fact an update to the complete latest build, 3810
