Default Online but "asleep"?

I use GoToMyPC.Com to connect from a home computer to an
office computer. I had been using it without problem for
a few months. Then recently, I started having a
problem: If the office computer is not used for some
time (say, a few hours), I can't connect to it, though I
know the system is online.

I have set the Power Options so the hard disk never turns
off, and the system never standsby nor hibernates.

It doesn't seems to be a problem with GoToMyPC.Com
because if I connect shortly after the comuter was just
used, I have no problem connecting. It seems like a
configuration problem specific to my computer, but I
don't know where to start.

You can also try setting options for power management and wake on lan for
the GoToMyPC.com card in Network Connections
