Default Can't set up internet connection...

I have XP pro and recently downloaded SP1. After I did
that my ISP would not connect. I tried uninstalling the
SP1 and doing a roleback of the system, but now my ISP
can't see my modem. My modem is the Creative Modem
Blaster PCI v.92, so is not compatible with XP, but I
updated the drives that the vendor told me to be
compatible with XP. I also have a Juno account that uses
the modem, and that works. So is it just my ISP's?
Please help.
