Temporary Internet Files and cookies are used by all web browsers and are
needed to browse the web efficiently. You can clear them out as often as you
like, and new ones will arrive to replace them.

Try going to www.analogx.com and downloading a small program called
CookieWall (it's free) it helps make a list of unwanted cookies and then
will auto delete them b4 they install, and gives you the option of adding
any new unwanted cookies the the list as well as a "ok list" of cookies you
need/use, I use it and works well

Start All Programs Accessories System Tools Disk Cleanup

Think you're very computer illiterate? We all were at one time! The best
thing you can do is to learn. Microsoft's web site is filled with easy to
understand information. Look he

"Using Windows XP"
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/default.asp.

Whatever you do, don't start fiddling around on your own or trying things
that you don't really understand. I already did that and it doesn't work.

Here's something you must do now:

"Protect Your PC"
http://www.microsoft.com/security/protect/
