Default Q324762

I'm trying to recover per the instructions in article
324762, however I cannot get passed the administrator
p/w. I have tried the local admin, network admin, and all
other possible password. What passwork is it asking for?
I'm running XP Pro.

Some ideas only

If it's to do with the recovery console
http://support.microsoft.com/default...en-us%3b308402
'The Password Is Not Valid' Error Message Appears When You Log On to Recovery
Console in Windows XP

If it's to do with the OS - try leaving the password blank.
