Physical Memory Dump error...i think!! HELP!!!!

Default Physical Memory Dump error...i think!! HELP!!!!

i'm desperate!!!

for some reason everytime i try and burn to CD or DVD my pc crashes
during the burning process. this happens every single time!

at one stage i think i got a blue screen with a 'Physical Memory Dump'
error, but i haven't seen that screen again, but my pc still reboots
during the burning process.

pls pls help

Hi

Try this:

Right click on My Computer, select Properties and then the Advanced tab.=
Click on Settings under 'Startup and Recovery' and then uncheck 'Autom=
atically restart'. Next time your PC tries to restart you should see a =
Blue Screen. Could you please post the Stop Code that accompanies that BSOD?
