Default Cannot access MSN video on MSN websites

Hi, I cannot access the video on MSN websites (particularly MSNBC) using
the new beta player. The player controls are grayed out. I was having no
trouble with the old player and I have no trouble with my Windows Media
Player 9. I am able to sign in to NetPassport. I have Windows XP Home with
the minimum system requirements. I also have NAV 2002 and Norton Personal
Firewall 2003. I use a cable broadband connection.
Thank you,
Jerry
