Default radio button ticks missing

HELP...I cannot see anyhting when I click in a box(any radio
button)...difficult to explain but for e.g. when I go to print and have
change the setup to, say, landscape, when I click the landscape box, nothing
shows(normally you get a black dot to show you have activated it), so I never
know if I have clicked/activated it
or not.
This happens with most programmes(not just the printer setup) and
even happens on the web e.g. clicking the 'I accept button' below this new
question box, does not show that I have done so. Sorry I can't be any more
technical, but not too sure how to describe it. Any help would be gratefully
received. With Kind Regards.

Long shot suggestion: Saw this problem one time in the Win98 groups. It was
a side effect of using an accessibility option. It was a long time ago so
don't remember if it was using a High Contrast theme (historically odd
problems from these) or one of the other accessibility features. Not an
exact answer but something you could check.

Another thing to try (also a long shot) is emptying the Temporary Internet
Files if using IE as your browser. If the non-working forms are html based,
a large and full cache can cause odd input problems.
