Default unwanted usb messages

How do I stop the USB messages that say I have a device that can operate at
higher speeds. I know that - but I don't have USB2 . The messages come in pop
up balloons but just keep coming and freeze the machine whilst a series of
them arrive for all the USB items. Advice on how to turn this off please

Try device mgr.,scroll down to usb, click on the controller,R.click on it,
select, update driver, then close out restart computer. If you still get the
pop-
ups,go to run,type:regedit In regedit expand:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\
microsoft\windows\current version\explorer\then open advanced.All tips are
displayed,to disable,L.click on it,go to edit,modify,set to 0,then close
out regedit.
You'll need to expirment on which ones you want off, although its fairly
simple
and thier arent to many.
