Default ECS PF5 Extreme audio header hookup

Anyone ever hook up a ECS PF5 Extreme motherboard audio header to a common
front panel speaker/headphone jack and a common microphone jack? If so,
could you tell me what lead goes where, it is so non-standard?! Yes I read
the manual and schematics which are of zero help.
