Default Folders resetting

When I customise my folders with a picture, a lot of times they change
themselves.
What setting do I need to use to keep the picture I have chosen on the
folder so it doesn't keep changing?
Appreciate any help.
Thanks in advance

Thank you nass
Does this change the "view and details" or just the customised picture I
have on the folder?
