Default Printing to MS Document Image Viewer

Using MS Automatic Updates, 2 updates were installed for Windows XP
Professional and a further 3 for MS Office Professional (inclusive of Service
Pack 2) and then a few more thereafter. After the 1st five updates were
installed and the machine rebooted, our facility to print to MS Document
Image Viewer disappeared as an option when selecting to print from Excel,
Word etc.

How do we go about making MS Document Image Viewer available once more as a
printer option?
