Default Windows Fax - Attaching Documents

Is there a way to attach a document to the cover sheet on Windows XP Pro fax?
There is nothing in the fax console that lets me do it.

Go into your local electronics store and take a good look at a fax machine,
then ask yourself this question..

How on earth would that machine be capable of processing an attachment?..

If you want to fax a document from MS Word (for example), select the Fax
printer from within Word and follow the instructions.. if the document is
too large to fax, send it by regular mail or e-mail it..

You can only fax attachments by faxing from Outlook. Windows XP Fax does not
support it natively.
