My taskbar has moved.
My taskbar has moved from the bottom to the right side of the screen. It
goes from the top to the bottom. I've read the other posts on this subject and nothing works. The tasbar is not locked and I can't slide it down by left clicking on the unused portion of the taskbar. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks for your help. Trent. |

My taskbar has moved.
To move the taskbar, drag it (from a clear area) to the bottom.
Make sure it's unlocked. -- ================================== TaurArian [MS-MVP] 2005-2007 - Australia ================================== http://www.dts-l.org/goodpost.htm "Need more help? http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=ph;en-us;6527 (Links to web pages and MSKB Articles are posted for the purposes of keeping the information current) "Trent" wrote in message ... | My taskbar has moved from the bottom to the right side of the screen. Trent - I'm having the same problem, and no amount of clicking and dragging
is putting the taskbar back at the bottom. Did you figure it out?????? "Trent" wrote: My taskbar has moved from the bottom to the right side of the screen. It goes from the top to the bottom. My taskbar has moved.
Hi,
Right click the taskbar, if "lock the taskbar" is checked, click on it to uncheck it. Now, left click and hold down on a blank area of the taskbar near the start button and drag it to the next screen edge and release. If it doesn't go in one direction, then try the other one. Repeat until you have it where you want it. Relock the taskbar in place if desired. -- Best of Luck, Rick Rogers, aka "Nutcase" - Microsoft MVP http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/ Windows help - www.rickrogers.org "jibs" wrote in message ...
