Default Uninstalling Roxio EMC9

Hi

I havebeen trying to uninstall Roxio EMC9 for the past few weeks as I had
many problems with it. What I would like some help with is that I have now
managed to deleted all references to the programme except for the ones in the
Registry under HKEY_LOCAL-MACHINE software where there are reference to Roxio
and Sonic. When I try to deleted them it comes up with an error message say
it cannot be deleted.

Any ideas on what I should do as I would like to try reinstalling the
software in order to burn DVD/CD's. Or should I leave it alone as I have had
so many probkems?

Many thanks.

Use add remove programs, unless otherwise instructed by Roxio support
ie..ask RoxAnn.. Also, you could try posing the question in one of their
discussion groups..
Cheers..

Default Uninstalling Roxio EMC9

Hi

Many thanks for your reply. I have been on the Roxio web site and have
followed instructions given by them. But as I said my computer will not let
me delete the folders referring to Roxio and Sonic which are in the
HKEY_LOCAL _ MACHINE sub folder Software. I was just hoping someone could
tell me why as I would like to re-install the software but am reluctant to do
it whilst these entries are still in the Registry in case I make more
problems for myself.

Thanks again.
