Default Customize logon wallpaper after locking windows

I found articles in Msft Win XP Newsgroups about modifying welcome screen and
logon screen wall paper. Similar results on internet. My question is:-

How do I hide or change the wall paper when I lock the desktop (with either
WindowsKey+L, or, ScreenSaverPassword enabled.)

I am using the classic logon box at this moment. thanks.
