Running Mozilla Thunderbird 45.xx.
Where can I find the number of messages in any given thread? Tried Google but no luck, I see reference numbers but they only go up to 18 or 19. I know I am missing it somewhere but can't find it. Pointers and help appreciated. Regards, Rene |

I know where Mozilla.Org is. Rene In the message pane, just above it, you can see "... Sender JunkStatusIcon Date Total". The Total column is the count of message in a thread. I cannot find something to edit the column headers up there, so maybe the set of entries up there is fixed ? I'm using an older version. if you click a column header, the pane is sorted by that field (so your messages can become unthreaded-in-view if you do that). Paul |

Regards, Rene You first need to go to: Edit Select thread See this pictu http://i.imgur.com/1wI2dWX.png http://i.imgur.com/1wI2dWX.png Now when you have done this, you will see the # of posts in that thread by looking at the lower right-corner. Guess I should have Put OT in my post Since I had already tried the Mozilla group and googled without finding my answer. But Vangard seems to think he is the newsgroup police and it becomes rather irksome Rene Rene |
