Direct3D problems with fresh install of xp

Default Direct3D problems with fresh install of xp

This one has me stumped,i had a new mother board and cpu installed,and of
course a fresh install of windows,did all my updates for windows,video,sound
etc,but am unable to play WoW says i dont have the proper drivers to access
Direct3D did the dxdiag and this is what is says.
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory: 512MB RAM

i dont understand why it cant read or give me the memory for my vid card
radeon 9800 pro 128 tryed reinstalling the directx several times but it just
skips from start to finish and says it has been installed.
Any help would be most welcome.

drivers did u install ?
