Default when sign in messenger how to get notified by audio

After signing in to Windows live messenger I minimize the window and continue
working on other projects waiting for my sister to sign in. The problem is I
don't know when she signs in as my sign in window is minimized.

Is there a way to turn on an audio sound that someone has signed in? or any
other method to know when someone signs in??

thanks much

If you click on Options, then Alerts and Sounds, you can tick the box to be
notified when someone comes online.
