I really need some help

I keep getting errors. One happens after startup. It
says:
cannot find C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd32.exe
I need to find out how I can get this file.

Also, when I am on the internet, sometimes it says:
C++ Runtime Library C:\Program Files\Internet
Eeplarer\IEXPLORE.EXE pure virtual function call

I have no idea what that means but after I click ok, it
closes the browser. Someone please help me!!
