I currently own windows xp and can only get to 37% on the
install i was wondering if there was a way i could get
this one replaced.

Do you really think the CD is no good?

Are you trying to upgrade or do a fresh install? Have you run the Microsoft
Windows XP compatibility check program?

Upgrades can fail, especially if they are being installed over a flawed OS.
Install can also fail if the machine has incompatible components.

Steve,

Have you tried running the install from the bootable CD? That is the best
way to do an install, especially if you are trying to do a "clean install"
(not upgrading "in place" over a previous OS).
