Default Accessories Disappeared!

I don't know when or how this happened, but when I go to the Start menu
Programs Accessories, there are no applications listed here, an no
subcategories, like Entertainment or System or Maintenance! Does anyone
know how restore my accessories categories and programs?

You might want to try reinstalling them using Control Panel - Add or Remvoe
Programs - Add/Remove Windows Components.

Because you can drag and drop items in the start menu, it's all too easy for
a slip of the mouse to cause a category to go missing. Try searching for one
of the missing files or for the shortcuts (LNK files) to see if you can
locate them again. Drag and drop them back into place.
