Logging on
When I turned on my PC, I clicked on my name and my Yahoo home page came on
the desktop quickly. I forgot my password and created a new one. Now when I log on I have to type in my password to get to my homepage. I would like to have it the way it was before. -- Luciano |

So your turned on your computer and the "Welcome" screen came up. You entered the password and then after you logged in, Internet Explorer opened and went to your Web Page that you designed and have to sign in on? So now we know you mean you could go to your Yahoo home page and it was REMEMBERING your password for you.. You might try (first) checking this section of Internet Explorer: Tools -- Internet Options -- Content tab -- Autocomplete button.. Make sure "Prompt me to save passwords" is checked and push the "Clear Passwords" button. It should ask you if you wish it to remember the password the next time you enter it - you tell it "Yes". -- =- Shenan -= =- MS MVP -= -- The information above is intended to assist you; however, it is suggested you research for yourself before you take any advice - you are the one ultimately responsible for your actions/problems/solutions.
