Default Changing Password

I have a client with a Windows 2003 Small Business Server, with password
policy enabled to change password every 30 day. This works fine for all
users except 1. When he changes his password he is able to log into his
computer however none of the mappings work and he is not able to get into
exchange , the first few times I manually reset his password on the server
and then things worked, another time it seemed to fix itself after a while
but this last time I had to go to his machine and go to user accounts and
change his password that way. I have since disabled password changing but
they would like it reenabled. I will try and get the error from event viewer
however it has probably been overwritten by now.

I'd post to the SBS newsgroups.

Is this machine connected by cable or wireless?
