Default MICROSOFT OFFICE 2007 MACRO PROBLEM

I have installed a new fresh Microsoft Office 2007 on my Windows 7 64-Bit
.
And every singly time I open Office Word I get this message:

"This document contains Macros. Macro language support for this application
is disabled. Features requires VBA are not available. Would you like to open
this document read-only?"

There was once a an Add-In that I installed on Word 2007 and it was
"WordTalk." Ever since I kept getting that message even if I
uninstalled the software.

It's a Macro issue but I have no idea how to get around this and solve it.
There
are loads of Help and step-by-step support that Word gives me and I tried
going through it but no help.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you.

From the File tab chosse options
click on Trust Center
click Trust Center Settings
click Macro Settings
click Enable all macros
click OK

Did you remove the WordTalk toolbar, before uninstalling WordTalk ?
According to the author that is the necessary to remove the toolbar. See:

Would that include all malicious macros in infected documents you might
receive from other people?

Thanks guys.

The solution has been solved by going to:

C:UsersusernameAppDataRoamingMicrosoftWordSTARTUP

And deleting the Template "WordTalk.dot."

For anyone in the future that might have the same problem, this is the
solution.
Otherwise the issue has been solved.

Thank you.

Of course. Why else would you do it?
