Default Change the PortRange with Windows Messenger V5.1.0715 and RTC 1.3

Hello,

I try to change the PortRange (for SIP communications) for Windows Messenger
V5.1.0715 and RTC 1.3 but nothing works !
First test : modify the Registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Win dows\RTC\PortRange
with the values:
"Enabled"=dword:00000001
"MinSipDynamicPort"=dword:00001770
"MaxSipDynamicPort"=dword:00001774
"MinMediaPort"=dword:0000afc8
"MaxMediaPort"=dword:0000afd2
"MaxAudioVideoBitrate"=dword:000320c8

Second step, install the rctclient.adm and configure it...

The modifications aren't taken into account by messenger.

does exist another way to define a policy for windows Messenger?
