Disc Cleanup for (C:)

Can't get rid of
1)WebClient/PublisherTemporary Files 32 KB
2)Compress old files 50,949 KB
Other disc cleanup categories work just fine.
The two above will not be compressed or removed, and
continue in the same KB or,in the case of "Compress
old files" become larger.
What do I do to get rid of these two?

Read the fine print. It says that number of KB on the Compress old files is
the amount of disk you will save; not what they're occupying.
