Default Firewall in SP2

Is there a registry hack or something I could use to permanently shut off
the firewall in Windows XP Professional (SP2)? My company uses it for our
kiosk system, but for some reason the firewall will turn itself back on
eventually no matter how many times I turn it off. It is a closed network
system so it won't hurt it to be off.

The fact that it keeps turning itself back on is ending up being a waste of
time and money for us so if anyone can help get it shut off for good any
help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Derek
