Disk Cleanup won't run properly
I did have McAfee, but had uninstalled it for Norton because it (McAfee) was
having issues. At the moment, the only thing that is showing up in the Add/Remove Programs list for McAfee is McAfee QuickClean 4.0. I left it in there since I am not sure whether I should try uninstalling that or not. Sorry to tell you, but you are talking about the two worst anti-virus programs available: Norton (the worst) and McAfee (only slightly better). I recommend NOD32, if you are wiling to pay for an anti-virus product, or Avast, if you want a free one. -- Ken Blake, Microsoft MVP - Windows Desktop Experience Please Reply to the Newsgroup |
