Email Transferring help

Hi,
I would like to transfer over all my previous email setup with messages and
address book. I know I used to be able to copy it from application data
folder in Win98, but where may I find it in WinXP Pro?

I have installed a new motherboard and have my old hard drive now as a
slave. When I changed it to boot it kept giving me a loop of starting in
safe mode options. (I know XP has an issue with new mobos).

So is there a file that I can import or copy over from my old xp to new to
get all my messages?
