Print problem with Microsoft Word

I can print from other applications including excel but I
cannot print from Microsoft Word. We are networked
through Citrex and there are 3 work stations that cannot
print from the Microsoft Word application.

I have been experiencing a similar problem. When it crashes is it complaining about a DLL (hp????.dll)?

I have found a work around, but no solution. Open Word, click File Page Setup. Click on the page size tab and reselect the paper size as Letter. Click on OK. Minimize the document and continue with other documents (but leave the first one open and minimi
zed). This has worked for us.

The problem is only occuring on some computers and only sometimes. HP and Microsoft are pointing fingers at each other and as far as I know, there is no solution as of yet.
