I am getting error 81000314 when I try to log in. I can log in from the same
machine with another account, however.

The service is presently experiencing difficulties. When you sign into Messenger, your contact information is actually stored on a specific server and you are redirected. As such, the reason why one account will work whilst another one won't. Same problem here. It wad disconnected and not been able to reconnect since

has been trying to reconnect and tried several times but still failed. how to resolve the problem, anyone got any suggestion? please. Hi Sorry but these messages havn't seemed to help any, everyone is stating the problem, but know body is giving an informed answer. I get the same error, it was fine, server dc'd and when I tries to log in again I too got this error message. I have tried rebooting, installing msn live and run the connection repair utility, but stil no joy. I think it's an informed answer as it indicates that there's nothing you can do, there is no solution here.
