Default Windows XP Shuts Down Unexpectedly

Windows XP will shut down right in the middle of what I'm doing (it doesn't
matter what I'm working on). It was happening every other day, now it's
happening every day. I have been performing a System Restore, but this
hasn't helped the situation. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
