Default XP - 98 Network Problem

OK
3 computers- 2 Dell running WinXP, on running 98SE.
1st XP (#1) can see others fine, 98 (#3) can see others
fine. 2nd XP (#2) can only see XP (#1). Cable (Comcast)
into Balkin Cable Gateway Router, 3 systems into router.
All can see the internet.
We run a printer off the Win98 (#3) system that is needs
to be shared. #1 & #3 can print to it fine. If I try to
add the networked printer on #2, it can't find the
printer. My Network only shows the #1 XP machine....ALL
systems are set to Auto assign IP, etc, and all have IPX
and TC/PIP installed. ( the database system we use
requires the networked drive to be mapped).
Any ideas??
