Default Applying Personal Setting Take long Time

I have just installed XP Pro and joined to a domain Server (Svr 2003). It
Seems like everytime the user logon to the domain. The "Applying Personal
Setting" windows will take quite some time(about 3-5min). Is this normal?

Login to the local PC was very fast though.

Kindly help. Thanks.
